The beauty, creativity and magnificence of nature in this world is no better displayed than in the wildlife and the creatures who roam this planet. During my travels to the national parks and to remote locations around the globe, I have come face to face with some of the most amazing animals in the wild and I love to capture them with my Canon.
In wildlife photography, the most important thing to remember is to never disturb or approach the animals. I use very long lenses to keep a good distance away and I always let the animals do what they are accustomed to doing, which is being where they belong, in the wild. It always breaks my heart to see animals that are put down because of the irresponsible behaviors of humans. Always remember that when we visit the national parks, we are guests in their home. And it is best for the safety of the animals and people, to let wild animals be. Never feed them and never approach or get to close! They are beautiful to watch, but from a distance with no intrusion at all.
Whether it is coming face to face with a majestic grizzly bear in the wild, or marveling at the beautiful colors of a bird, wildlife photography is one of my most favorite genres of photography. It is an honor and a privilege to bring these images to you, so that you may enjoy them safely on the walls of your home or office.
